Reader’s Rides & Tuner Cars

Well, here’s my story.  In May 2007 when the gas prices were at the highest, I decided to buy a gas efficient, play around car that I knew would last forever.  So I started my hunt and found her.  A 1993 Honda Civic LX.  Not in the best of conditions, but well worth the money I paid.
I’m a die-hard Honda fan and at one point in my life had one:  1997 Honda Civic, 2001 Honda Accord and finally my 93.  It wasn’t until early 2008 when I decided to begin my “project”.  There were countless days, weekends, nights and holidays I spent tuning and FINE tuning my baby.  The wife and kids thought I was crazy!
Finally, 2009 was the year I broke my budget and then some, but it’s all worth it!
