Reader’s Rides & Tuner Cars

Ever since Max fell into my arms due to a trade for my 1997 Chevrolet 1500 Ext cab (which was another trade for my custom '97 Cavilier that was in Alpine's 2008 Underground show in LA), its been nothing but smiles. And countless race victories over Civic's, Integra's, 240sx's, Jetta's, Neon's, GTI's, Stealth's, Charger RT's, Mustang GT's, and a 2005 Saleen Mustang supercharged. Oh hell yes its been fun. But the best part about driving a slightly modified Maxima is the immense feeling of satisfaction. Yes, the car is BOTH practical as a daily driver, and a total F-ing BLAST to drive/race. Every Friday night my little sleeper boy makes his way downtown for the night life. And every single time, 1-3 poor Civic drivers become victims of it ominous power and precision. And even more often I get people walking up to me either laughing (because they drove there dad's 100% stock Honda S2000) or nodding there heads with a un-spoken truth that is, "Hell yeah man. I know EXACTLY what this thing can do, and I wont even try you."
