I wanted to take something no one else would and make it into a track king... so I figured a PT Cruiser would be a good decision. Rough start with which direction I wanted to go into but I started off with a Kenne Bell Supercharger and wasn't satisfied. Tempered into the wiring, ECU, exhaust, but it still felt like there was alot of boost bottled up... so I swiched to Jackson Racing w/ 19lbs boost and couldn't be any happier. At this point the exterior only had slight mods but one thing that I was not happy with was the PT Bruiser Xenon front urethane bumper, it was shake and flex too much over 110mph so I replaced it with a fiberglass custom Evo5 front bumper direct replacement (not overlay like Xenon). It helped drastically and then I finished the rest of the exterior with vinyl, tints, etc. Last thing I tapped into was nitrous. I 1st had the Zex wet system installed w/ 75 shot through the intake but it felt like it wasn't doing anything. Then once again I upgraded and went direct port with a 100 shot, then 150, then finally satisfied w/ the 250 shot. Best day at the track : 11.181 seconds @ 131.6 mph.
